Flight.
Your adventure begins with an overnight
flight to Italy. Journey through southern Italy and experience its rich
scenery, art, culture, food and wine! Witness the breathtaking scenery
of the Amalfi Coast, discover the ruins of Pompeii, explore the most

Day 2: Arrive
Rome, Italy
Your tour
begins in Rome. This evening,
join your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner featuring local
delicacies and wines.

Day 3: Rome
 This morning you may wish to participate
in an optional tour to the magnificent treasures of the Vatican Museums
and St. Peter's Basilica. Later, enjoy a panoramic tour of Classical
Rome featuring the Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, the Circus Maximus,
the Colosseum, and the Arch of Constantine. Contemporary Rome is
highlighted through the legendary Trevi Fountain.

Day 4: Rome - Ravello - Vietri-sul-Mare
Depart Rome and
journey south to the Amalfi Coast. En route, your tour manager will
offer you a short lesson on the local language. In the picturesque
village of Ravello you will visit the magnificent gardens of the Villa
Rufolo with its spectacular panorama. Your day ends in the beautiful
town of Vietri-sul-Mare, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Day 5: Vietri-sul-Mare - Sorrento - Vietri-sul-Mare
 Begin your day exploring the popular
seaside resort town of Sorrento. Here you’ll visit a local factory and
watch a demonstration of the art of inlaid wood making. This afternoon,
take some time to explore this charming town on your own.

Day 6: Vietri-sul-Mare - Paestum - Vietri-sul-Mare
After breakfast, learn about one of
Italy’s most famous products during a tour of a local buffalo milk
mozzarella factory. Your day will continue with a visit to Paestum
where a local guide will escort you through some of the best preserved
Greek temples outside of Greece. End your day with dinner at a popular
local restaurant.

Day 7: Vietri-sul-Mare - Capri - Vietri-sul-Mare
Delight
in a boat trip (weather permitting) to the wonderful Mediterranean
island of Capri. A local guide provides an interesting tour of this
paradise island. Later, enjoy free time to explore the town of Capri,
shop its elegant designer shops, or sip a coffee in the Piazza and
watch the world go by.

Day 8: Vietri-sul-Mare - Pompeii - Vietri-sul-Mare
 Experience the excavated ruins of
Pompeii at the foothills of Mount Vesuvius. Soak in the history of the
preserved original buildings of a typical Roman town 2,000 years ago. A
local guide will provide an in-depth view of this remarkable
archeological sight. Next you will return to Vietri-sul-Mare where you
will enjoy free time to explore the town square, ceramic shops and
cafes.

Day 9: Vietri-sul-Mare - Naples - Winery - Rome
Bid farewell
to the Amalfi Coast this morning and proceed to colorful and vibrant
Naples. Enjoy a visit to the fascinating National Archeological Museum,
one of the finest in the world. Before departing for Rome, stop at a
local winery at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius to savor the famous Lacryma
Christo wines and enjoy a typical Neapolitan lunch. This evening, join your fellow
travelers for a farewell dinner celebrating the end of a marvelous trip
to Italy.

The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's
Basilica $80

The Vatican Museums are not only home to
one of the world’s greatest collections of art, but also to the
world-famous Sistine Chapel. Priceless artifacts from ancient Egypt,
Etruscan Italy and cultures around the world are preserved in the
Vatican’s palaces, galleries, halls and rooms. Follow a local expert
guide on a three hour, in-depth visit through this vast collection.
Highlights include the Gallery of Maps, the Gallery of Tapestries, and
of course, a visit to the Sistine Chapel. The chapel’s famous ceiling
frescoes took Michelangelo four years to complete. His brilliant Last
Judgment, which rests on the altar wall, was a topic of controversy for
centuries. Other walls feature paintings by Pietro Perugino, Sandro
Botticelli, Cosimo Rosselli and Domenico Ghirlandaio. Your final stop
will be at St. Peter’s Basilica, one of the most important churches in
Christendom, and until recently, the largest in the world.

Amalfi Coast Experience $65

Explore
the
breathtaking Amalfi coast - by boat! What better way to enjoy views of
the towering cliffs and picturesque waterfronts. Sail past Amalfi and
Praiano before arriving in charming Minori, where you will have the
opportunity to sample some of the local specialties. Learn about the
production of the area’s most popular drink at a family-owned
limoncello factory. Limoncello is the delightful yellow liqueur made
from the lemons that are so abundant along the Amalfi Coast. Enjoy a
typical Italian afternoon break at a local café and pastry shop.
Return to your vessel and cruise along the coastline, taking in the
vistas of medieval towers, stunning villas and tiny fishing
settlements. Pass underneath your hotel in Vietri-sul-Mare before
disembarking in Salerno and returning by coach. At the conclusion of
the included sightseeing, a minibus transfers you to the center of the
famous Mediterranean playground, Positano. Enjoy some free time to
wander its charming, narrow streets.

historic buildings in the center of the old town. The Taverna Santa
Maria de Domno was once a 10th century church, Santa Maria de
Dominabus. Enjoy an exquisite 4-course meal complete with local fine

What exactly is your cancellation waiver?
We have the best
cancellation waiver in the industry-period. You can cancel your trip up
until the day prior to departure for any reason - sickness, change of
heart or any reason whatsoever-and you will receive a full refund,
minus the small cost of the insurance. That's a cash refund, not a
voucher or certificate. There's no risk when you book with Collette.
But isn't it
expensive?
Not at all! Let's
say you were planning to take our Italian Vistas tour for 13 days. The
land-only waiver is just $170 per person. That breaks down to about
$13.07 a day-just a little over eight euros! The land and air waiver is
only $30 more. That's airplane peanuts compared to the peace of mind
you'll enjoy.
Plus, you're
covered on tour.
Our cancellation
waiver and insurance plan covers you on tour. If you have to stop your
trip or return home early, need medical assistance or evacuation,
suffer a baggage loss or delay; or are delayed on tour for 12 hours or
more, you're covered.

| CANCELLATION
WAIVER & INSURANCE PLAN |
Exception: If
you originally purchased
non-refundable airline tickets, the Waiver does not provide a refund
for the airline tickets, taxes or fees in the event of a cancellation
or a return transportation benefit if you must return home early. The
air waiver does not cover medical evacuation or additional expenses
associated with a medical emergency.
The Waiver Fee does not cover any single supplement charges which arise
from an individual’s traveling companion electing to cancel for any
reason prior to departure. In this case, the single supplement will be
deducted from the refund of the person who cancels. Division of this
charge between the two passengers involved is solely their
responsibility. If insufficient funds are deducted from the canceling
client, the traveling client will be charged the remaining portion of
the single supplement.
Payment of the Waiver Fee (if chosen) must be received by Collette
Vacations with your Deposit. The Waiver is non-transferable and valid
for each applicant only.
Collette Vacations can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held
liable for any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions of
any travel agent or travel agency other than that of Collette Travel
Service, Inc. itself, and its own employees.

PART B CONDITIONS &
LIMITATIONS Certain exclusions and limitations apply and are
detailed in the Certificate of Coverage. For example, coverage does not
apply to: any sickness or condition of you, a Traveling Companion or an
Immediate Family Member traveling with you that existed during the 60
days prior to the effective date of the coverages (this exclusion is
waived if your plan payment is received by Collette Vacations within 7
days of your initial deposit/payment for your trip and you are not
disabled from travel at the time your plan payment is received),
suicide, normal pregnancy, war or any act of war, mental or nervous
disorders. A Traveling Companion is defined as a person booked to share
accommodations in the same room with you during your trip. Sickness or
injury must require care by a Physician and must commence while the
Travel Protection Plan is in effect for you. This plan does not cover a
loss that results from an illness, disease, or other condition (of you,
an Immediate Family Member, Traveling Companion or Business Partner),
event or circumstance which occurs at a time when this plan is not in
effect for you.
