Saturday/Sunday when we are closed). Your confirmation will include tee
times*, accommodations and further vital and helpful details of your
golf trip. In cases where we are unable to fully confirm any item
such as a tee time or lodging confirmation, we will contact you and
suggest any alternative playing arrangements to secure your
satisfaction of your intended itinerary. Should these suggested
alternatives not work for you, we will immediately refund some or all
parts of this trip as you desire.
PLEASE
DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR GROUPS OF (9) OR MORE. We will
create a custom payment form for your group including all items and
amenities that will make it even easier for your group participants to
complete.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ:
Cancellations: Cancellations
made
between 30 and 15 days prior to departure- penalty is 50% of package
price.
Cancellations 14 days prior to departure and up to day of departure-
penalty is 100% of package price. No Shows- penalty is 100% of package
price.
Changes/Modifications:
Any
requested changes once reservations are confirmed will result in a
$7.50 per player change fee. This fee only applies when the player(s)
elect to make changes after tee times have been confirmed. This fee
WOULD NOT APPLY if the course(s) change tee times due to aerification,
maintenance or other need to close the course.
