| Arizona National
(formerly
The Raven Golf Club at Sabino Springs) |
is truly one of the most
beautiful Robert Trent Jones Jr. desert creations nestled delicately and
naturally into the Santa Catalina Mountains. Enjoy some of the most spectacular
scenery in the Southwest as the course winds through forests of giant saguaros
and nine natural oasis springs. Desert real estate never looked so good.
This course is a must for any Tucson visitor. Course

overlooks
the entire Oro Valley. This 6935 yard course is beautifully crafted from

ranges this course has been cut from within a forest of Saguaros, ocotillo
and mesquite, along with natural washes, provides a stunning setting for

Highlands
Golf
Course |
nestled
at the base of the scenic Tortolita Mountains, lies in lush emerald green
contrast to the surrounding desert. The vistas from every Heritage Highlands
vantage point, are an incomparable panorama of the Tortolita, Catalina,
Rincon, Tucson and Santa Rita Mountains, as well as the Tucson cityscape
below.
Heritage Highlands
is a course diverse in playing environments. The front nine holes of this
Arthur Hills design play through the flats, offering subtle undulation
and unforgettable character. The back nine is an interesting and challenging
change of pace, playing through hilly terrain, wrapping around mountains
and meandering by lakes. The course is laden with risk/reward opportunities
which test the skills of the novice and the most seasoned golfers.

del
Lago Golf Club, spanish for "of the lakes" is a true taste of winding hills,
luscious greens, spectacular mountain views and 9 lakes. With 5 separate
tee boxes, del Lago provides an enjoyable golf experience for those
of all levels.

Designed
by Robert Cupp, Starr Pass is
considered one of the finest golf courses in Arizona and is home to the
Northern Telecom Open.

Featuring three nine-hole
tracks designed by Jack Nicklaus, every tee shot requires a carry, to some
degree, over dry gulches and desert vegetation. You play through craggy,
granite-ridden arroyos and outcroppings that wind down into the Tucson
valley. With half the turf grass of a traditional course, the desert is
in play at LaPaloma. Indigenous wildlife - roadrunners, quail, ground squirrels
and an occasional coyote or gila monster - thrives throughout this desert
golf course.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $40 per player
surcharge for this course.

This course is currently
the home of the Ping/Welches LPGA Golf tournament and had previously been
the site of various PGA tournaments from 1979 -1990. It is a long and demanding
course featuring countless tall trees, lush fairways with water hazards
on many holes. Randolph North is a standard country-club style course with
parallel fairways bordered by tall Eucalyptus trees. Because the course
was set up previously for PGA events, the greens vary greatly in slope
and size and present a real challenge for the serious putter. Take some
extra time while your in Tucson and play this course!

Golf at The Lodge is convenient
and spectacular, consisting of an exceptional practice facilities, outstanding
service and two Tom Fazio layouts -- The Mountain Course and the Canyon
Course. The pro shop is in the main building within a minute's walk of
your room, and the staging area is directly behind the pro shop. The first
tee to The Mountain Course is but a chip shot away, while Canyon #1 is
a short cart-ride down the hill.
Both courses have received top industry
honors including Golf Magazine's Silver Medal. A master craftsman, Fazio
allowed the natural terrain to shape the courses' character, using the
desert elements and contours of the land to create a challenging yet very
fair test of golf for player's of all caliber. Exceptionally well maintained,
these courses are not typical "resort courses" nor do they resemble some
of the modern target-style desert courses with their tricked-up holes and
intimidating carries.
