La Cantera has been the
site of the PGA Tour's Texas Open since 1995. Located on the north side
of town, this thrill-a-minute design by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish has
made quite a bit of noise since its debut. It was a Golf Magazine "Top
10 You Can Play" pick for 1995 and continues to set its sights high with
the second scenic course. Thirty-six holes and no better place to view
San Antonio and the surrounding countryside.

an "APPLES
TO APPLES" Comparison with other offers:
Our low all-inclusive rates include
all taxes (16.75%), resort fees, full breakfast per player and valet parking.
Our PEAK SEASON base rate (without these additional items) is $290.00
per night for a single golfer in room and $183.00 per player and per night
for two players in room. During LOW SEASON these same rates
are $237.00 per night for a single golfer and $159.00 per player and per
night for two players in room. Single players may bring up to three adiitional
guests/family members along to stay free in room. Our minimum stay is 2
nights. |
La Cantera Golf Club does
offer a special "second time around" daily rate of $90.00. These rounds
must be played same day as original round and advance reservations are
sometimes permitted. Just ask and we will see what we can do for you. In
any case, the staff at The Pro Shop will do their best to accommodate all
players wishing to re-play the course.
