We will send you a confirmation by the next business day (except
Saturday/Sunday when we are closed). Your confirmation will include tee
times*, accommodations and further vital and helpful details of your
golf trip. In cases where we are unable to fully confirm any item
such as a tee time or lodging confirmation, we will contact you and
suggest any alternative playing arrangements to secure your
satisfaction of your intended itinerary. Should these suggested
alternatives not work for you, we will immediately refund some or all
parts of this trip as you desire.
PLEASE

create a custom payment form for your group including all items and
amenities that will make it even easier for your group participants to

final payment will be due at least 30 days prior to arrival of your

Day
1 - Arrive in the AUSTIN
area in the morning to play 18 at Grey Rock
Golf
Club. Check in at Comfort Suites
Austin
Airport that afternoon/evening. Hotel is guaranteed for late
arrival.
Day
2 - The next morn head for SAN
ANTONIO. But along the
way tee it up at one of Austin's newest and most unique course, Falconhead Golf Club.
This course is a first-of-its-kind layout designed by the PGA. A real
pleasure
to play, this creation is both majestic and challenging. Then,
on to San
Antone for first night's check in at The
LaQuinta
Inn and Suites Northwest.
Day
3 - This morning, catch
breakfast
at your hotel enroute to Canyon
Springs Golf Club for an A.M. tee time. Afternoon is free to
explore the Riverwalk Area of San Antonio. Excellent cuisine can be had
here along the walk. Also, take a walk-up river cruise to get an
overview
of what there is to offer along the river. Of course, The Alamo is just
around the corner.
Day
4 - On
this last morning before
you leave for home, play La Cantera Golf
Club - home
of The PGA Texas Open.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ:
Cancellations: Cancellations
made
between 30 and 15 days prior to departure- penalty is 50% of package
price.
Cancellations 14 days prior to departure and up to day of departure-
penalty is 100% of package price. No Shows- penalty is 100% of package
price.
Changes/Modifications:
Any
requested changes once reservations are confirmed will result in a
$7.50 per player change fee. This fee only applies when the player(s)
elect to make changes after tee times have been confirmed. This fee
WOULD NOT APPLY if the course(s) change tee times due to aerification,
maintenance or other need to close the course.
